Ghazala is the founder/CEO and Lead Specialist state registered Paediatric Dietitian providing nutrition services for infants, children, women and adolescents. Ghazala has many years of experience specialising in child, adolescents and maternal nutrition. Both within the private sector and the NHS. As a result she brings her unique blend of experience, wisdom (as a mum of three young children), Ghazala is passionate about all areas of child Nutrition and firmly believes that good nutrition during pregnancy right through to adolescence is required for each child to reach their full potential. She has specialised in Paediatric nutrition and has a particularly interest in food allergies & intolerances, nutritional support, growth faltering, medical/feeding complications and poor feeding.
Ghazala offers private consultations and specialises in Paediatric Gastroenterology conditions such as Coeliac disease, Crohn’s disease, food allergies such as milk, wheat, egg and soya intolerances, few foods diet, low fructose diet, hypoallergenic weaning feeding difficulties associated with reflux, nutritional support and low birth weight linked to prematurity or disease. Ghazala also provides education and meal plans for excessive weight gain or obesity and uses food analysis programs to assess the diet. She also covers maternal nutrition from conception to birth such as healthy eating in pregnancy, gestational diabetes, anaemia, excessive or poor weight during pregnancy. Previous work experience includes extensive work as a Paediatric Dietitian in NHS teaching hospitals and in the community, as well as working in private hospitals. Ghazala has a wide experience of all Paediatric nutritional problems. She set up Harley Dietitians after many years’ experience working as a Paediatric Dietitian in NHS hospitals, private hospitals and community trusts. As a food and nutrition writer, Ghazala has two books to her credit. She also writes for several parenting magazines and has contributed to various newspaper articles. She has also contributed to various blogs on specific nutrition issues and provided bespoke training sessions for companies, schools, childcare staff, other healthcare professionals and groups of parents. In addition to this, Ghazala is working as a consultant Dietitian providing her expertise to NHS commissioning groups. She runs regular clinics at Harley street.

Dietitian-Marie BSc, RD
Marie is a state registered Paediatric Dietitian specialising in paediatrics. She worked as an adult dietitian before moving into Paediatrics. She has over 5 years’ experience working as a Paediatric Dietitian.
Marie’s areas of interest lie in milk protein allergy, general allergies, infant nutrition, faltering growth, weaning, hypoallergenic weaning, coeliac disease and irritable bowel disease, fructose intolerance, few foods diet and gastroesophageal reflux. Marie grew up on a farm in Ireland and is aware of the importance of fresh produce and the role it plays in health. She is currently working as a Paediatric Dietitian in Ireland and continues to support some of our monthly weekend clinics.

Megan - Speech and Language Therapist
Megan is an SLT and is a specialist in assessment and management of feeding, eating, drinking, swallowing and communication difficulties. Within the feeding clinic team, she is able to better understand your child’s difficulties through assessment and management of pre-feeding and early communication, breastfeeding, bottle feeding and acquired eating, drinking and communication difficulties. Advice on a range of techniques such as changing positioning, specialist teats, pacing or different food or drink textures to promote efficiency, safety and positive feeding experiences. Our aim is to provide therapeutic activities to facilitate and rehabilitate swallowing and/or communication difficulties. Megan, works closely with the wider multidisciplinary team so that recommendations are tailor made and goal focussed and realistic.
